Cooley v. Board of Wardens

Дело в Верховном суде США [Supreme Court, U.S.], решение по которому (1851) определило право штатов на регулирование внешней торговли и торговли между штатами [interstate commerce] в том случае, если Конгресс не принимал решения в данной области торговли, то есть до момента принятия федерального закона. Легло в основу "доктрины Кули" [Cooley Doctrine]
